Refund Policy
Payments for UPIQRTool Pro digital subscriptions are generally non-refundable, including subscription renewals. If you experience a duplicate charge, billing error, failure to receive a purchased benefit, or a significant service issue, contact [email protected] using the details on our Contact page. We review requests case by case and may offer a refund or another remedy when appropriate, or where required by applicable law, mandatory consumer rights or Waffo’s Merchant of Record policies. Approval is not guaranteed.
How to request a review
Include your order reference and a description of the issue. Do not email a full card number, UPI ID, other sensitive payment information, password or OTP. We do not promise a fixed response or refund-processing time.
Cancellation and paid-period access
You may cancel future automatic renewal at any time through subscription management in your account when enabled. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current paid period. Access normally continues until the end of that paid period, subject to the confirmed subscription status; a refund or revocation may end access sooner.
Pro prices are in USD, not a fixed INR debit amount. Before you authorise payment, the hosted checkout shows the final currency, total and applicable taxes. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other fees; we do not promise a particular conversion rate or fee.
